Testimonials
Senior Content Designer - Wells Fargo
“I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Elizabeth at Wells Fargo, and she was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. She is one of the most thoughtful and sophisticated content designers I’ve had the privilege of working with. She has a remarkable talent for breaking down complex problems and large amounts of information—especially in the highly regulated and intricate world of banking—into clear, structured, and user-friendly content. She is a strategic and detail-oriented content designer whose work not only creates thoughtful content but also enhances the overall user experience by making information easier to navigate and understand. She was always open to discussing challenges and eager to find solutions. I have no doubt that she will thrive wherever she goes, and any team would be lucky to have her!” — Chloe Chaneun Lee (former Wells Fargo colleague)
Digital UX Writer & Editor - LPL Financial
“Elizabeth has worked as a Digital Writer on my team since June 2019. Her projects have been varied, including contributing to a digital style guide, a content audit, multiple competitive analyses, and updating resource materials.
Elizabeth's greatest strength is her desire to learn. On every project, she has shown the inquisitiveness necessary to learn a new topic. She asks the right questions at the beginning to understand her assignment, as well as asks questions along the way when she runs into a problem. She's not afraid to dive right in.
When Elizabeth told me she was attending a digital conference in town, her enthusiasm about the event inspired me to lobby for our whole team to attend, which we did. She championed the discussion afterward around what everyone learned from the sessions. She took detailed notes at the conference and eagerly shared her insights.
Most of Elizabeth's projects have required a lot of research. She has proven to be organized and in-depth in her work. She doesn't stop at the surface and is not afraid to dig deeper to find answers. For example, for a competitive analysis, the project called for finding good examples of user experience from competitors. She had a lengthy chatbot conversation with a competitor to help her better understand the company's user experience and even included bad examples because they were just as illustrative for informing our decisions.
In addition, Elizabeth enjoys collaboration. Most of her projects have required individual work as well as combining that work with others. She communicates well and regularly with her team to ensure the project is running smoothly.”

"Working with Elizabeth was an incredible experience. I worked with her throughout my academic career, beginning my senior year of high school and continuing through my undergraduate years. She helped me with the Comm App applications, admission essays, research papers, and scholarship essays. She helped me earn scholarships and reach my educational goals. What I appreciated most about Elizabeth was how she genuinely listened and took the time to understand my ideas, goals, and concerns before offering guidance. Her support, patience, and attention to detail made the writing process feel less stressful and helped me become more confident in my work. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone seeking help with admissions, academic writing, or scholarship applications because her professional guidance was truly impactful."

"To Whom It May Concern,
I'm very pleased to recommend Elizabeth Heffner for any teaching or tutoring positions. Elizabeth started working with my eldest daughter, Kierstyn, in January 2016. Coming in halfway through the school year, we were unsure what could be accomplished or how much Elizabeth could do to assist Kierstyn.
Elizabeth was amazing and nothing short of a miracle. Our daughter has a light sensitivity/vision impairment called Irlen's Syndrome. This affects how Kierstyn sees numbers and letters and how her brain processes this information. As a result of this and the fact that we did not catch it until Kierstyn was in the 5th grade (3 years ago), Kierstyn's reading comprehension and vocabulary were way behind what she should have been able to do.
This did not deter Elizabeth in any way. She worked and talked with Kierstyn to see the best way for her to learn. She has taught her to take notes in her reading to figure out inferences and how things fit together. In addition to her professional qualifications, Elizabeth has personal qualities that make her well-suited to work with kids and teenagers. She goes above and beyond what we imagine. She checks books out to read along with Kierstyn. She finds questions for Kierstyn to answer to validate her comprehension. She is flexible when it comes to either working in person or on Skype.
Throughout this summer, Kierstyn was out of the state for 5 weeks, and Elizabeth continued to work with her via Skype across the country so that she would not get behind this summer. She has encouraged Kierstyn and still managed to push her while still giving her confidence that she can do it. In short, Elizabeth is a person with patience and is in it for the long haul, while always maintaining what is best for the student she is with.
Elizabeth has my highest recommendation. I'm excited to see how her assistance can propel Kierstyn forward with her help for the entire school year. Please feel free to contact me for any further information. Thanks very much for your time.
Sincerely,
Heather Lehneis
